Bedrooms and Layout
The house includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and an en-suite with a shower and toilet. Bedroom 3 features 4 single beds, and Bedroom 4 has 3 single beds and 2 bunk beds. An additional shared bathroom includes a bath, shower, and toilet. All linen is provided, but guests should bring their own bath and beach towels.
Kitchen and Living Areas
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and all the necessary cutlery and crockery. There is a large dining area for group meals, and a comfortable lounge area with a flat-screen TV and DStv Premium included. The built-in indoor braai area is perfect for relaxed evenings, and a walk-out patio offers panoramic views of the sea.
Outdoor Features
The Main House offers direct access to Ramsgate Main Beach. There is also an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The property includes secure parking for up to 5 vehicles behind locked gates. Safety is a priority with a monitored alarm system and outdoor beams. The house is also equipped with 3 x 5000L water tanks to ensure a constant water supply.
