Terms & Conditions
Booking Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Rates are per unit, per night, and include VAT.
Minimum stay requirements apply based on season.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in will be refunded 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: Between 13:00 and 19:00
Check-out: By 10:00 on the day of departure
Early check-in or late check-out requests must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
Guest Responsibilities
The guest signing the booking form is responsible for the actions of all occupants.
No parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior allowed — respect the neighborhood.
Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as they found it.
A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess or damage.
Security & Liability
Hubbly Bubbly is equipped with an alarm system and outdoor beams, monitored by a security company.
Guests must ensure that doors and gates are locked when leaving the property.
The owners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during your stay.
Personal belongings are the guest’s responsibility.
Occupancy
The Main House sleeps a maximum of 15 guests.
The Cottage sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.
Exceeding the maximum number of guests may result in eviction without refund.
House Rules
No smoking inside the units.
No pets allowed unless prior written approval is obtained.
Towels are not provided – please bring your own bath and beach towels.
The use of the indoor braai must be done safely and responsibly.
Utilities
The property is equipped with backup water tanks (3 x 5000L) to ensure consistent water supply.
Wi-Fi is not available at this time.
